It's basically the Philippines' answer to the Indian rickshaw (or maybe vice-versa), a motorcycle with a sidecar attached and then with a rainproof covering. This is all I've seen of the town so far but it looks pretty nice, very laid back, a welcome change from Manila. (This video was taken October 19th, 2010.)
