Easy VC can be earned by using the games in the My NBA 2K app for your phone. Quickest way is to play the autograph game. Make something simple, but not too simple. I used the letter C and it worked, but you can go with a circle, or other letters. Just figure out which one works best for you. In about 10-30 seconds you'll finish the game with the 50 VC reward.
There's a 1000 VC a day limit on the My NBA 2K app. To bypass the limit, just delete your app and redownload it.
The Facebook game lets you unlock an exclusive dunk package to use in My Career. You need to get to the 10th skill level in the game to unlock it.
